PLEASE READ OUR SHIPPING POLICY IN FULL BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER*** SHIPPING IS 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PAYMENT PROCESSING.
When will my order ship?
KISS & TELL business hours are Monday-through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:30pm PST
All online orders received before 4:00 pm are processed in 48 hours if the product is in stock.
The standard shipping time for bundles, closures, frontals & hair products is 5-7 business days after processing.
If Lace Frontal wigs aren’t in stock the standard shipping time is 7-10 business days after processing.

We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Any orders that are placed on Friday AFTER 12PM PST will be processed on the next business day.
In most cases we will ship your items before the standard shipping time. It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.

We ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. If you are not home to sign for your package, please ensure that someone else is. USPS WILL usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. If an order is returned to us, you MUST pay for the order to be reshipped.
